Mike Lata


FIG

Mike Lata was born and raised in Massachusetts. He arrived in Charleston, South Carolina in 1998 after cooking in Boston, New Orleans, Atlanta, and France. He opened FIG in 2003 with partner Adam Nemirow. In 2012 he helped open The Ordinary.
