Ivan Cortez Castillo

Antojitos Garibaldi (located in Westbank Pulga)

Ivan Cortez Castillo is a veteran in the food industry. He’s worked as a cook in five restaurants since moving to New Orleans. By opening his booth, Antojitos Garibaldi, in the Westbank Pulga, Castillo realized his dream of becoming his own boss and making traditional foods that represent his Veracruz roots.

Ivan Cortez Castillo, un veterano en la industria alimenticia, ha trabajado como cocinero en cinco restaurantes desde que se mudó a Nueva Orleans. Al abrir su puesto, Antojitos Garibaldi, Castillo pudo realizar su sueño de convertirse en su propio jefe y cocinar las comidas tradicionales que representan sus raíces de Veracruz.
