Pupusas Mixtas (Algiers Pulga)

Originally from El Salvador, Claudia Beatriz Portillo opened her booth in La Pulga, which features five types of pupusas that are accompanied with curtido, a cabbage slaw. Her Honduran husband, Antonio, helps out in the pupuseria, taking orders from clients and helping with maintenance.

Originaria de El Salvador, Claudia Beatriz Portillo abrió su puesto en La Pulga, que presenta cinco tipos de pupusas que se acompañan con curtido, una ensalada de repollo. Su esposo hondureño, Antonio, ayuda en la pupusería, recibe órdenes de los clientes y ayuda con el mantenimiento.
