ORAL HISTORY

Ismaria Guzmán

El Rinconcito de Piguey (Westbank Pulga)

Ismaria Guzmán worked on the taco truck, El Rinconcito de Piguey, where she made Honduran dishes to complement the crawfish boil each weekend prepared by her boss, Piguey. After Piguey became ill, Guzman started her own small booth, also located in the Westbank Pulga, where she sells Honduran foods.
