Each year, the Southern Foodways Alliance makes a film to honor a member of the Fellowship of Southern Farmers, Artisans, and Chefs. In 2018, Jesse Paddock and Kate Medley produced “There’s No Such Thing as Bad Pie,” honoring Karen Barker of Magnolia Grill in Durham, North Carolina.
