Stir the Pot is back! Chef Ashley Christensen of Poole’s Diner in Raleigh, NC, hosts Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman, chef-owners of Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen and Hog & Hominy in Memphis. Expect the best Southern ingredients inflected with Italian flavors and techniques. (When Mike talks about “gravy,” he means his grandmother’s tomato sauce.)
