1 1/2 oz. Cathead Vodka OR Cathead HoneySuckle OR Cathead Bristow Gin
1/2 oz. fino dry sherry
3/4 oz. steeped unsweetened chamomile tea
1/2 oz. honey syrup ( 3 part honey 1 part water)
1 oz. grapefruit juice
Combine all in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake cold. Double strain into a cold cocktail coupe and garnish with an editable flower or slice of grapefruit peel.
