Stir the Pot is on the calendar for Spring 2015! Chef Ashley Christensen of Poole’s Diner in Raleigh, NC, will host Ryan Prewitt, chef and partner at Peche Seafood Grill in New Orleans. Ryan was honored with a James Beard Award in 2014 for Best Chef: South, and Peche Seafood Grill was awarded Best New Restaurant.

On Sunday night, April 19, Ryan will team up with Ashley’s staff to prepare a five-course meal, served with wine pairings. The dinner will be hosted at the new Death & Taxes restaurant.

And on Monday night, April 20, Ashley will host a potluck to thank Ryan for his work at the new private event loft, Bridge Club.

Tickets for the Sunday night dinner, priced at $150 each, and tickets for the Monday potluck supper, priced at $35 each (plus your promise to bring a dish to share), are now available online.
