We want to share our content with the widest audience possible. Because attendance is limited at our symposia and at other SFA-sponsored events, we film these lectures and presentations. You can view them here in their entirety, free of charge. Use them as a reference tool. Share them with your students. Liven up a lunch break at your desk. We make announcements on our blog and social media when we post new content, so stay tuned to keep watching and learning.

The SFA publishes compendiums of great writing with our partners at the University of Mississippi’s Center for the Study of Southern Culture and the University of Georgia Press.
Fellowships
True to our mission, we are as committed to teaching as we are to documenting. In an effort to mentor students in the field of oral history, we offer scholars the opportunity to visit SFA headquarters at the University of Mississippi to learn SFA-devised methods and practices as they relate to oral history.
