Highlands Food & Wine invites you to a celebration of the many lives and achievements of Louis Osteen in beautiful Highlands, North Carolina. Seven all-star chefs—Dickie Brennan, Sean Brock, Shelley Cooper, John Fleer, Mike Lata, Bill Smith, and Frank Stitt—convene to offer a culinary adventure in tribute to their friend and mentor. After dinner, the Southern Foodways Alliance will premiere a newly produced documentary short, The Many Lives of Louis Osteen.
