Slow Food Nations
July 14-16, 2017
From July 14-16 in Denver, this free festival will combine the energy of a street food fair, the rigor of an academic conference, and the inspiration of a cultural exchange. Slow Food Nations connects farmers and families, leaders and eaters to share our stories and shape the future of food.
This year’s lineup features prominent Southern faces, too. John Currence serves up a Big, Bad Breakfast, Steven Satterfield will prepare a Zero Waste Family Meal, and Deeply Rooted will be screened and discussed with John Coykendall.
