Stir the Pot is a fundraising dinner benefiting the documentary initiatives of the Southern Foodways Alliance. Hosted by Ashley Christensen, the Fall 2017 Stir the Pot event features Jean-Paul Bourgeois, chef of Blue Smoke in New York City.

Join us on Sunday, October 29, at 7 p.m. as Jean-Paul prepares a 5-course meal that will be served at Poole’s Diner in Raleigh, NC. Tickets for the full-service meal are $100 each, and may be purchased online here.
