On Tuesday, September 3, Mike Hudman and Andy Ticer of Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen and Hog & Hominy will host a release party for their upcoming cookbook, Collards & Carbonara. Proceeds from the event will benefit SFA’s feature film, Pride & Joy. Preston Van Winkle and Harry Root will work behind the bar, while guest chefs John Currence, Kelly English, Tien Ho, and Mike Lata will prepare dinner.
