Cut, Chop, Cook with Rodney Scott

 

Rodney Scott has a new place on King Street in Charleston these days, but watch this SFA film by Joe York to see where his work all started: Hemingway, South Carolina. Cut/Chop/Cook shows Rodney’s barbecue from start to finish: cutting the trees, chopping the wood, firing the coals, and smoking whole hogs over a pit. It’s hard work, but also some of the best barbecue around.
