Stir the Pot is on the calendar for 2015! Chef Ashley Christensen of Poole’s Diner in Raleigh, NC, will host Christopher Kostow, chef at The Restaurant at Meadowood in Napa Valley, California. Christopher was honored with a James Beard Award in 2013 (Best Chef: West) and his cookbook, A New Napa Cuisine, will be published by Ten Speed Press this fall.
On Sunday night, January 11, Christopher will team up with Ashley’s staff to prepare a five-course meal, served with wine pairings. And on Monday night, January 12, Ashley will host a potluck to thank Christopher for his work.
