If the oral history interviews are the meat and potatoes of our documentary efforts, our photography exhibits are the gravy. To complement our oral history initiative, which captures the stories behind the food, we have created traveling exhibits that offer a visual story of the people, the places, and the foods we chronicle.

A typical exhibit consists of 50 photos in glass clip frames, size 11x17”, with accompanying labels and a display board with introductory text.

If you love gravy, and would like to host one of our exhibits, contact sfamail@olemiss.edu to make arrangements.

No room for an exhibit?  Be sure to check out our photos on FlickR.
