Join chef Ashley Christensen, and Atlanta-based guest chefs Steven Satterfield and Ryan Smith for a family style dinner from Christensen’s new cookbook, Poole’s: Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner, and a book signing following the meal.
Named after her diner in Raleigh, Christensen’s cookbook offers thoughtful how-to’s for some of her reimagined versions of classic Southern dishes. Expect fresh, seasonal takes with a focus on giving vegetables their due. The dinner offers the perfect chance to pick up the book, meet the chef, and taste the food as it absolutely should be.
